The Bonn-born musician has gifted the world numerous sonatas: 10 for piano, 2 for cello, and 3 for violin. Then he chose to create nine pieces of composition that will forever become a staple in the world of Western classical music, the “Nine Symphonies.”

The Nine Symphonies take the listeners on a musical journey and help us understand Beethoven’s journey as a musician, as all the compositions were composed in the span of a quarter of a century.
